I would like to take this opportunity to convey my thanks to Michele Farnham of the Mangere Bridge office, for so effectively marketing and promoting my property.

Michele's endeavours resulted in her being able to present five or six offers within a week, all following two open homes over one weekend!!!

I know that the local market is very buoyant at the moment, but with Michele’s advice on how to present the home coupled with her enthusiasm and integrity I believe she exceeded my expectations in every way, resulting in a variation in offers of over $25,000.

She has kept me informed with every development both large and small, as the purchaser went through that harrowing time of confirming their finance and setting up the deal at their end, thus leaving me in the ‘loop’ and for this I am grateful.

This letter is to acknowledge the efforts of Michele Farnham and her staff at Mangere Bridge Realty.

We had listed our home with another company ***&*** they had listed our property for a period of 5 months. During that time they were amenable and professional but we found that they concentrated their efforts on the real-estate agent, not the  vendor. Paying exorbitant fees for advertising, we spent  $1000.00  +  but our house did not sell.

When I spoke to Michele Farnham I felt at ease, the first question I asked was how much was the advertising, she said “Don’t worry let me deal with that.” That is the way that I expected the advertising costs would be - in the agents fees.

Michele was completely focused, not on herself but on the job at hand. We would recommend her and her company to anybody considering selling their home. Her staff are the same, professional and focused and a pleasure to deal with.

My lawyer recently and he said he dealt with Michele last year. He was very pleased with her and her professionalism. He would recommend her to anybody.
